Pricing and Other Errors
Furniture.ca cannot guarantee that products and services advertised on the Website will be available when ordered or thereafter. Furniture.ca does not warrant that the content of the Website including, without limitation, product descriptions or photographs, is accurate or complete.
Prices shown for items on this website's product pages and in your shopping cart are for merchandise only. Please proceed to checkout to see the total cost of your order, including any applicable tax, delivery or other fees.
While we strive for accuracy in the pricing displayed on this website and the other product information we provide; misprints, errors, inaccuracies, omissions (including incorrect specifications for products) or other errors may sometimes occur.
Furniture.ca expressly reserves the right not to honour pricing errors on this website when accepting an order online. In the case where an order placed online contains a pricing error, you will be contacted and the order will be cancelled. Any payments that have been authorized for that order will immediately be reversed. Should you discover an error once your order is delivered, your sole recourse is to return your order in accordance with our return policy.
Furniture.ca Warranties
Many of our products come with a warranty to be free of manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Specific details can be found on the product page of each item or by contacting our customer care team.
The basic warranty is void if the merchandise suffers damage caused by abuse, negligence or accident, has been relocated, repaired or tampered with, was sold "as is", or is used for commercial purposes. We do not guarantee fabrics against wear, fading, color fastness or any damage caused by cleaning processes.
Please note that many manufacturers offer separate warranties on their products. For more information, please refer to any warranty tags that come with the product.
Paying for Your Purchase
All online orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

Cancellations and Returns
Should you wish to cancel or return your order, please refer to the following policies:
What if I want to cancel my order before it is delivered?
Change your mind after placing an order? That's not a problem. Orders can be cancelled as long as they have not been shipped or prepared for delivery by our delivery partners. To cancel your order, simply call us at (844) 733-5361 or email us at customercare@furniture.ca. We will promptly refund your credit card. In some cases, a restocking fee and delivery fees may apply if you cancel your order after it has been shipped.
What if I want to return my delivered order?
You can return most items within 7 days of delivery by simply calling or emailing our Customer Care team. Your refund will exclude delivery fees and a restocking fee and can only be made if the merchandise is in "as-new" condition. If your purchase included free delivery, the original outbound delivery cost will be deducted from your refund.

- Appliance and Electronics
- Decimus Smart Table Collection
- Custom made or Special Order items
- Assembled and/or Modified items
- Items without original packaging

We want to make sure that you have the best possible shopping experience with our delivery partners. To ensure this, Furniture.ca carefully reviews the policies, security practices and delivery capabilities of each of our partners and we only partner with companies who meet our high standards for service.
We'll carefully select the best delivery options for your order to make sure everything arrives safe and sound. Depending on what you purchase, your order may arrive in multiple shipments from different providers.
Any damages or missing pieces must be reported within 72 hours of delivery by contacting our customer care team via email. When reporting a damage, please include photos as well as a detailed description of the issue.

Environmental and Recycling Fees
Furniture.ca charges environmental handling fees on certain electronics shipped to, delivered or picked up in provinces and territories where we are required to do so by law. This environmental handling fee reflects the applicable provincial rate and appears on your checkout page. All fees and surcharges must be paid in full at the time of purchase and cannot be discounted.
