This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods (cast, tubular, extruded aluminum products, wicker products, parasols, etc.).
What does this limited warranty cover?
This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship (manufacturer defects)
under normal usage during the Warranty Period.
During the Warranty Period, Furniture Inc. will repair or replace, at no charge,
products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or
workmanship (manufacturer defects), under normal use and maintenance.
What will we do to correct problems?
Furniture Inc. will either repair or replace the Product at no charge, using new
or refurbished replacement parts.
How long does the coverage last?
The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased varies dependent on the specific Product and its materials.
Cast/Tubular/Extruded Aluminum Products: warrants to the original purchaser
that its furniture is free from manufacturing defects or breakage as of the date of purchase for
7 years under normal usage and maintenance.
Wicker (PE/PVC) Products: warrants to the original purchaser that its furniture is
free from manufacturing defects, breakage, or abnormal fading as of the date of purchase for 1
year under normal usage and maintenance.
Powder Coating Finished Products: warrants to the original purchaser that its
powder coating finish against peeling, cracking, or blistering for 3 years from the original date
of purchase under normal usage and maintenance.
Sun Garden Parasol Products: warrants to the original purchaser that any Easy
Sun Parasol frame is free from workmanship and manufacturer defects for 2 years from the
original date of purchase under normal usage and maintenance.
The umbrella cord has a 1 year warranty. Warranty does not cover any type of wind damage,
animal attacks, flood, fire, abuse, damages from improper setup or use, or “acts of god”.
Easy Sun canopies come with a 5-year warranty.
This warranty covers seams coming undone and fading. Warranty does not cover: punctures, tears, rips, pulls, any type of wind damage, any type of stain, animal attacks, flood, fire, abuse, damages from improper setup or use, or “acts of god”.
Our manufacturer offers replacement parts covered by the warranty at no charge, however, customers must pay for shipping of the parts.
Market Umbrella Bases: warrants to the original purchaser that its granite or polycerate market umbrella bases are free of workmanship and manufacturer defects to the
entire unit for 1 year.

What does this limited warranty not cover?
This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
• Conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or
workmanship (manufacturer defect)
• Failure of furniture which, by our discretion, was caused by; acts of god, accident,
neglect, improper shipping & handling, or unreasonable or abusive use.
