TO OUR VALUED CUSTOMERS, would like to share with you some of the steps we are taking in response to Covid-19.  As you know, this situation continues to evolve day by day and we are actively monitoring new developments during these unprecedented times.

Rest assured that the health and safety of our associates and our customers is our top priority and guides the difficult decisions we make to fulfill many customer needs.

Our delivery partners continue to perform deliveries to the best of their ability under the current circumstances. This includes taking steps to ensure the safety of delivery associates and customers by reducing contact throughout the delivery process.

Modified in-home deliveries have now resumed. Furniture, Mattresses, Appliances and Electronics can be delivered to the room of choice within your home. For those who do not wish to have anyone enter their homes, many delivery partners are offering contactless threshold delivery instead. Some deliveries may be delayed due to local regulations, shipping delays and warehouse closures.  Our customer care team will get in touch with affected customers to inform them of any delays. 

Exchanges and returns are temporarily suspended in some areas. If this applies to your return, exchange or service issue, our Customer Care Team will let you know and contact you once the service resumes in your area.
